Jack Caine is a seasoned enterprise level agile-lean transformation trainer, coach, mentor, facilitator, practitioner, program consultant, editor, author, and speaker with practical experience transforming organizations, coaching and training and mentoring executives, directors and managers at the enterprise, portfolio, and program levels and ScrumMasters, product owners, analysts, QA, architects and tech leads, and developers at the team level.

Jack is certified as a SAFe-SPC4.5, accredited as an instructor for the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), accredited as an instructor for the Agile & Scrum Fundamentals (ASF) and Design Thinking Fundamentals (DTF) courses under the Scrum Alliance REP Program, accredited as an instructor for the Agile Fundamentals Course under IC Agile (ICP-AF) , and certified as a CSP (CSP-SM, CSP-PO), CSM, CSPO, ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC, ACI-ABC, and TBR practitioner.

Jack has trained over 1000 students in agile, scrum, kanban, SAFe, XP, leadership, Management 3.0, and design thinking, and has also provided formal training in ISO 27001, salesmanship, administration of CRM, ERP, POS, and integrated voice processing systems, and air defense operations and tactics.

Jack is a frequent participant and speaker at lean, agile, scrum, and project management user groups meetups and regional events including PMI NYC, PMI NWA, DevOps UT Dallas Conference 2018, and AgileCamp 2016.

Jack is the creator and lead mentor of the first mentorship circle for a scrum user group (NYC SUG) in the United States and the MVP Mentee and Peer Mentor of Ron Jeffries' AgileMentoring.com group.

Jack is a mentee of Mike Vizdos, Ron Jeffries and Devon Morris and has been trained by Mike Vizdos, Dean Leffingwell, Alex Yakyma, Michael Hamman, Michael Spayd, and Lyssa Adkins.

Jack has been heavily influenced by the work of Peter Senge, Donald G. Reinertsen, David J. Anderson, Eric Ries, David Marquet, Robert K. Greenleaf, Frederic Laloux, Jurgen Appelo, Sharon Bowman, Craig Larman, Henrik Kniberg, Woody Zuill, Charlie Munger, and many others.

Jack has previously held other roles including developer, BA, QA, change manager, project manager, production manager, cost center president (off-shore), recruiter, hockey association founder and president, technical salesman (telecommunications & chemicals), sales manager (chemicals & environment equipment), soldier, and biochemist.
